Animal Collages
These cute animals are made from newspaper pieces, or old books' pages and white and black papers (You can paint or color a white paper if you don't have a black one)
1. Let's start with this dog. Let's make the head first. A big oval shape will do.
2. Now let's move to the mouth area and find a piece of a different section of the newspaper or from an old book that was going to be discarded. We will cut a smaller circle out of it and lay it on top of the oval.
3. Now let's cut two leaf shape for the eyes (they can be from the same paper of the mouth).
4. Next we will cut two shapes for the ears: like two asymmetrical hills.
5. Now we will cut a big mountain shape (It can be from the same page that we cut the head) for the body.
Let's glue everything together and get the black paper.
6. We will now take the black paper and cut two thick and short strips for the eyes.
7. Cut a small mountain shape for the nose and glue it upside down on top of the mouth shape.
8. Cut 3 skinny strips that form a pinwheel shape and glue them down from the nose.
You are all down with the dog!
Now you know that you can do any of the following animals just by cutting seperatly each shape and putting them together for this collage.
